Respondents said they felt like vaping gave the most similar feeling to using cigarettes and allowed them to control their nicotine intake in a way that was pleasant and less frustrating for them.
Many smoking cessation organizations do not supply vaping products currently, but those who oversaw this UK study advised these organizations to recommend vaping products to those who come to them for help. The evidence is overwhelming that vaping is a great way to stop smoking altogether and to give up the oral habit entirely in time, and it benefits consumers immensely to use this method to give up smoking, since it is considered so safe and so effective. Other methods can take longer and allow more nicotine into the user’s system before the user is finally able to give up the habit.
